Day 3 is spirit.  BK on energy healing.  BJ Khalsa on mediation…

Everything is blending together.  I haven’t worked on a project this big in a long time.

Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) was pretty intense a number of years ago.

All of a sudden I haven’t walked in a couple days.  Everything is blending together.  It’s taking everything I’ve got to meditate in the morning.

I’m doing so much work at the end of the night that the end of day journaling is definitely slipping…  Sometimes I hope I’m so busy that I can skip the journaling…  Lol.

Very sleepless nights as well.  Lots of tossing and turning.  It’s pretty crazy what takes over the mind during a project like this in the middle of the night.  Just trying to find acceptance that there are lots of moving parts keeping me up at night.  It’s like I’m having conversations about the summit and that I’m actually not even working on in real life.  But it doesn’t matter still tossing and turning.

The A Course In Miracles is starting to get done a different times.  O yeah, a course in miracles.

These are interesting habits to see like what starts to slip as the business roles in…  What excuses do I make and what am I willing to put to the side, perhaps to the detriment of my spiritual connectedness.  The other side of that coin is being willing to be easy on myself and to laugh.  To miss a day here and there.

When you eat perfectly everyday.  It’s ok to have cheeseburger now and then.  It’s ok to have a slice of pizza or whatever your hiccup is .  Some popcorn with some greasy butter.   That’s just me though.  Other people may argue differently.

And the recording of episodes is definitely going by the way side.  So in an effort to keep with the things that seem to have been helping me in my life these days…  I did my meditation, I did my ACIM, I got out of the house go get your exercise, now record your episode.  The test will be if I journal tonight.
