I have been in the 2 Comma Club X (2CCX)…  And they give you more work than a person can handle.  And I say that positively.  If you have a full team you can do everything they ask you to do.  Copy, Editing, Publishing, PM’s, “The Who’s”.

This is for good nor bad.  I prioritize a lot of my day, like 3 or 4 hours where I’m mediating, reading spiritual literature, some yoga, some exercise :).

I just don’t have the capacity to put in 10 hours worth of work.  So I feel extra behind.  Assuming there is a behind!

If I had a PM, a copywriter, a podcast manager producer, and a social media person to repurpose all this content I’m creating…  I would be way further ahead than I am.  Not complaining, just stating the facts :).  I have some limiting beliefs that keep me from building a team right out of the gate.

Following the instructions.  It works.  From a small scale on up to a big scale.

If I was willing to expend the resources…  There is a curve of outflow and inflow and at some point those lines will cross.  I hope!

I have no problem creating content, snapping pictures, recording content, etc.  People that do a good job of managing that on social media god bless them.  If hired one of them?

When the summits done, maybe I take a risk and start investing in support.  My vision is this: when the summit is done and goes evergreen, and people can register for it and enjoy it for years to come.   I can promote it.  Make an effort to get myself out there :).

The deeper I get into the summit the more I prioritize working on things…  “work related”.
