Before I decided “I think I’m done here.” I was gonna do the summit on quitting… I.e. the “It’s ok to quit summit”. All the things that I’ve quit to break through and have new stuff come to me. I’ve had to quit so many times and the results have been awesome.

The things I have quit that have served me so well to quit. It serves you and then it doesn’t. So you’ve got to pivot from it.
The positive coping skills summit is rather benign. I can get my arms around that.
The physical aspects of the yoga saved me though! It was so powerful to help me come out of some low grade depression.
Hows my breath? That’s a great indicator of where I am in the moment.
