What helped me to continue forward with the 2CCX and the summit was looking ahead at some of the instructions. I was in a state of overwhelm but I’ve learned what I’ve needed to learn. The positive coping skills summit. So much cool stuff to help a person deal with rough times. Things to help us get to the other side. And to heal! There’s traditional. Theres the CAM… Complementary, and Alternative Medicine therapies… There are so many cool modalities out there. The pain got bad enough for me that pulling myself up by my bootstraps wasn’t enough. Be open to look at solutions, things you are not used to. Have you quit anything or tried to start something new? You get so many opinions, getting clarity can be painful! How do you re-find happiness when your brain has gone sideways. The progression of no longer fighting with my kids about their homework. Thank god I finally figured out how to be nice at homework time.
