Transcript: Mischa Z: 00:03 I had so much fun doing a meditation episode last Thursday that I thought I would do it again. And I thought, "why not have meditation Thursdays?" Meditation Thursdays. So no promises, but I thought I'd give it a rip. How about it is Thursday. Here we go. Let's have a meditation. So for today I wrote down what if there was no hurry? What if there was no hurry. What if there was...well...let's start with this. Let's take a big, long breath in through your nose. Long breath out through your nose. Sit comfortably in your seat. If you're in your car, if you're on your couch, perhaps you're you're walking while you're, you are listening to this. Stop for a moment and bring your awareness to where you are. What you're doing. Take a big breath in through your nose.

Mischa Z: 01:34 Big breath out through your nose. Role, your neck from side to side, feel the vertebrae by vertebrae, crackling breath in breath out. Role your shoulders up and down. Wiggle your hips from side to side, settle into your seat. Or if you're standing shift from one foot to the other and then let your arms hang dangle down by your side. Whether you're standing or sitting big breath in. Breath it all out, bring your awareness to your, your heart. Perhaps put your hand on your chest. Breath in breath out. And let's contemplate the idea. What if there was no hurry? What if there was no hurry regarding your relationships? Regarding your finances? Your job? What if you were right where you were supposed to be? Breathe that in. Right where I'm supposed to be. Breathe that out. Appreciate the silence of the moment. If it's quiet where you're sitting. Perhaps you hear a car go by. The train whistle, blow, no matter nice breath in long breath out. Savor where you are at this space. At this time, you are right where you're supposed to be. If you're single, there's no hurry to be in a relationship. If you were in a relationship, it's beautiful as it is. Can you see it and appreciate it for how it stands right now? Letting go of attachment of what we think needs to be.

Mischa Z: 05:28 The illusion of needing more success. Needing, Wanting, Perhaps craving more than what you have. For, for me. Can I sit in this space of creating new opportunities? And letting go of expectations and outcomes where I think I should be? Can I stop comparing myself to others? What if there is no hurry? What if I'm where I'm supposed to be? What if my sons are where they're supposed to be? As far along as they're supposed to be? Long breaths in. Long breaths out. Breath in. And the long breath out. What if there is no hurry?

Mischa Z: 08:39 Here that dog barking in the background, perhaps there's a refrigerator humming? A clock taking? Breathe in, breathe it out. Roll your head from side to side. What if there's no hurry. Role your neck around in the circle. Tilt your head strongly from side to side, reach your arms tall above your head. Interlace your fingers and stretcher arms tall issue. Push your palms to the ceiling. Now a big breath out and let it go. Shake your arms by your side. I encourage you to savor things as they are. And to question any time today where you're feeling stressed about time constraints. Ask yourself what if there was no hurry? What if there is no hurry?
