Candice Claire is a certified Ayurvedic practitioner and teacher who specializes in helping people heal themselves naturally. Candice is the founder of Swan Sage, an Ayurvedic lifestyle company, and the author of the book, "The Ten Habits of Highly Blissful People." Candice has been featured in Mind, Body, Soul magazine and has been teaching the Ten Habits course for over two years

I'm Candice Claire and I'm a holistic health coach. I help people unpack their baggage and connect with their bliss.

I was introduced to the world of Ayurveda when I was seeking out natural ways to heal myself. I was blown away by the wisdom of this millennia old system and knew I had to share it with others.

I now teach a ten week course called "Ten Weeks to a Better Version of You" which helps people understand and implement the most important hygiene habits of Ayurveda.

My favorite part of my job is seeing the transformation in my clients as they start to feel better and take back control of their health. If you're ready to feel better, I'm here to help!
