Raphy Feolino and his wife Sarah at the time of this recording have a two yer old and a three month old. For the last two years they have been building the Holly Couples Coaching program where they are transforming relationships and catapulting couples into beautiful marriages. We are in the same coaching program and I've gotten to experience their journey over the last year, year and a half, through this 2CCX window. And I've got to see them go through the ups and downs, find their voice, and begin to build something that will have lasting success and impact the world.

We go deep on his ups and downs of building his relationship coaching program and having kids in the midst of it and all of it. It gets heavy. Anyone wanting to build a business from the ground out, while they are having new kids should listen. It’s inspiring.
Newly married with a 1 month old and with a vision to help people they take the big leap. Leave the security blanket of Raphy’s military career, and start on their coaching journey. But then the moment of realization. What the heck did we just do!
A targeted email from the marketing genius Russell Brunson gives them the vision of the future and how it can look. Fast forward to the $25,000 check to join his coaching program. They decide to go all in and give it a go. $97 to $25,000. That’s commitment.
Let’s be clear. They are bootstrapping this business and they have to succeed.
Both are brand new to business, coaching businesses, and marketing. Extremely coachable they literally started in the group from ZERO.
Betting the podcast of the ground. That was a struggle. Lots of perfection. Being from the military mission critical feels like your life is on the line. Same with the summit. Finally “It doesn’t have to be perfect.” “Whatever God puts in my heart to share with these people. I'm gonna trust that those words are the things that he wants us to share.” Posting daily made him take action fast. Now he applies that to all of the other funnels and things that they are building.
They did a 60 speaker summit!!! What! The www.catholicengagedsummit.com. They built it themselves. They didn’t have the resources to hire someone to build it. Ton’s of super uncomfortable action. Things they have never done before. Interviewing people. Building funnels. Throw in a one month old.
He let’s us into the tension of the marriage. It was difficult, like learning how to balance and being new parents at the time. And being new business owners. It was stressful. It was a stressful time. But we got through it.
Their summit is awesome https://catholicengagedsummit.com/ for engaged catholics. And it was a success. They build their list. Sold couple into their coaching. Built relationships with the speakers that are now leading into further partnerships.
Now they are working on the consistency thing. “how do we consistently fill our program?”. They are going the challenge route to bring new couples into the fold.
The Dating To Discern Challenge. https://www.datingtodiscern.com/ And it's a five day challenge for couples to go through who are dating to to help them have that clarity and confidence of whether or not they should take that next step into marriage or not.
He leaves you with this thought “…even early on in my startup journey when I wasn't making a lot of money like that, that was the thing that helped me to, to build a business that I actually I love. To serve the people that I actually love”. “If you're starting up and you're trying to do something. Put yourself out there. Take imperfect action and fail fast, because it's worth it. It's gonna suck. It's gonna hurt but, man, it's beautiful. It's a beautiful process.”
