A confluence of circumstances land Amy on the cover. And she has an article in the mag.
She is a personal trainer… She helps women over 50 get moving and feel better. Even as the aches and pains of age start to creep in. As they always do.
A recited engineer from HP in 2013. She was in the ink jet world. For 26 yrs. Got a retirement offer she couldn’t refuse.
Decided to follow her passion and went from engineer to personal trainer in the matter of a couple years.
She started teaching group classes. Then started having one on one clients.
Then she started filming videos. you do this you do that. And then she started a website in 2019 of online workouts. Due to covid her time was impeccable.
Now has an online membership with over 270 workout videos. Ranging from strength training to pilates to yoga.
She’s all about you being able to do things you love to do later in life.
Core strength is so important to your posture and your balance.
She gives us the top three tips on how you can increase your core so you can have better posture.
